Ben used to train here when in Wellington during the late 90s and 2000s.
We had two sessions with members from several other clubs in attendance. Budokan, Kapiti, Tawa, and Koizumi Kwai.
Technques covered included Ude Gatame from guard to Juji Jime and Ushiro Hadaka Jime.
Both sessions included technical instruction and randori.
