We will be taking new members aged 14 years and over who want to try judo out on Tuesday 5 February at the normal time 6.30 – 8.30pm.
The first four lessons are free.
Newcomers should be prepared to commit to at least 2 practice sessions a week.
You will be given instruction in: break-falling, fundamental movement patterns, basic throws, principles of groundwork.
After 4 weeks in this class at 2 sessions or more a week you will be ready to starting training with the main body of the senior class.
