Senior Judo Intake
We always welcome new senior members who want to try judo out. These initial classes create a safe environment to start from and give you all the necessary skills from which to join the main seniors class.
The first four lessons are free and newcomers should be prepared to commit to at least 2 practice sessions a week.
You will be given instruction in: break-falling, fundamental movement patterns, basic throws, principles of groundwork.
After 4 weeks in this class at 2 sessions or more a week you will be ready to starting training with the main body of the senior class.
